• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and the page and referring link used to reach us.
• Call information: when you are transferred to a partner, the call may be recorded and its date, duration and outcome logged.

How we use it

• To connect you with one or more partner law firms or legal intake providers who may be able to help with your accident claim.
• To contact you about your request, including by phone, text message and email, as described in the consent you gave.
• To document consent, prevent fraud, enforce our terms and comply with law.
• To operate, secure and improve our service.

How we share it

We share the information you provide with the partner law firms, legal intake providers and call-handling vendors that help review your case, and with service providers that host our systems, store data, record calls and document consent. We may share information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by saying "stop" on a call, replying STOP to a text message, or emailing privacy@motorvehicleaccidenthelp.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Email us to make a request; we will verify your identity before responding.

Retention and security

We keep consent records and lead information for as long as needed to fulfil your request, document consent and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
